We had a set appointment for Saturday at 8 30am. I get there, the lights are out and no one was in the shop as if it was closed. Kept calling and it was going to voicemail and kept messaging her and there was no response. No response, no apologies no acknowledgement of the no show. It was too cold outside and I didn't have a car so I just went to another shop that accepts walk in.
Hope did my hair and i love it , the atmosphere at her salon is amazing they are very friendly. I will be back. Thank you hope
