I had a enclosed trailer with a motorcycle on it stolen from this location. I had them parked in the RV storage area that was supposed to be a secure location. I didn't find out until the day I discovered them missing and had the police arrive for a report that the location doesn't record their camera footage. How stupid is that. Total loss $37000.
I have had a unit for about 5 years with this location. On Saturday I rented a u haul truck to move some items in to my unit. When we arrived with our load there was a red disk lock located on my unit along with my lock. So no entry went to the office there hours are 9:30 to 5:00 Tuesday through Friday. Arrived at the Hop n Lok to ask what the red disk means. The man behind the desk states delinquent account. I asked him to look up my unit and let me know the problem with my account.
