horrible company to deal with. not only do they treat long term customers with poorly, they also abuse the elderly. Have been trying to resolve an issue with an inaccurate charge from the 2023/2024 season without success. Their customer service rep (Monica) told me I could not sign up for a budget plan for 2025/2026 because I don't pay my bills. In addition, she refused to provide me with a written detail of what I owed. I paid on my account every single month based on the budget amount indicated by KOSCO.
