They wanted to keep my 18 yr old cat until they could get around to her. We had an appointment. We waited. A pup with parvo came in so we wait in the room longer. A Jr vet we had never met didn't understand that she was too stressed to leave with all that noise. He started sounding like a used car salesman. He spent 10 minutes arguing why I should leave her. I love this place. I have taken my dog to many vets and none of them have been as gentle and caring as these people. Their prices are reasonable, too.
From the moment I called with questions throughout the actual apptmt when I took my Buddy dog in----A++++ is how I rate these folks! Facility, staff, Veterinarian !!! all completely awesome!
I have used Dr. Klein's vet services for all my animals. Dr. Klein and her staff show excellent customer service skills, they really get to know you and your animals. Your part of their family.
