The vets and techs are all wonderful. They have reasonable prices and actually care about helping your pet.
Their friendliness and how they care about your pet. We moved here 5 months ago and my 6year old dachsen was fighting some kinda rash so after two different vets here in San Antonio, I found Hooves and Paws on Google and so happy I did. They take time to listen to you and explain everything to you. Now we know it isn't a rash it is Cushings Dissease and she get properly treated.
took my cat Jax there the first time today...loved the country atmosphere...very friendly and attentive staff....Dr Rasch was very thorough, I didn't feel rushed ....I will definitely be back there ...did I mention very reasonable priced as well ...my cat felt so comfortable with the staff there ....not stressed at all ....thank you guys !!!!
My cat is not a very friendly cat, and even with my help, we were not able to calm her down enough to get her exam and shots. They kept her to see if she would calm down and also asked that if she didn't, would I agree to them sedating her a little to get the job done. I agreed, and when they called that she was ready to be picked up, they had had to mildly sedate her. All of the staff is very professional, and they get the job done.
Definitely recommend. Dr. Klein is excellent with my dogs, informative, and I just adore her.

Hooves and Paws saved my fur baby's life! On the day that my dog was bleeding out and dying in my arms I called 21 different vets, no joke, 21! None of them would fit my dog in for an emergency visit. Hooves and Paws informed us that they were booked for the day but to call when we got to the parking lot and they would take her to a room.
