Hard for me to keep separate the patient doctor relationship, and thanks to Dr Hoover I could no longer be 1 of the majorities of patients all with genuine care and concern since 2001, I can call him a friend and a truly caring physician. Miss him greatly.

I've seen him before hopefully I can again. One of the best Dr.'s in the treatment program would recommend him to anyone.
