In 1973 the idea for a healthy place where the local community could shop was shared between the Iles and the Hoover Families. The dream was realized when the families' bought a warehouse in a developing part of Altamonte Springs, and Economy Health Foods was formed. Over the years, the store and our services have expanded. Great market to shop for myself (borderline health-nut) & also for my son(who is on a special diet). Employee was very friendly and informative. I really like shopping here and the sales are unbeatable! Warning: Place can be addicting :)
