This was the best car buying experience I have had. The managers came out and worked with me, while I was there I saw the managers walking around and taking to all the customers. Even the owner came and ask how things were going. I recommend Hoover Mitsubishi.
Not happy w/the car I purchased

I was quoted by the call back person the it was 12,500, and they would have it ready for me to look at the next day, upon arrival the car was not ready as stated and the salesman said he had never seen one before. I told him that I wanted a rock bottom price and that 12,500 was too high and he had one good chance to sell me the car, after providing him my information he went to the manager and brought back a price of $13,000 and I said what is wrong the price I was quoted was 12,500 and now you are going to raise it, he said... read more
Hoover Chrysler-Jeep is HORRIBLE Horrible service in the used car department. Was sold a car. Asked if it had ever been in an accident they said no. It has been in 3 of them within the last 2 years. The manager didn't care and told us just that. Their attitude before and after a sale is unbelievable. I called and asked to speak with Mark Hoover and was told he never comes in by the used car sales reps.
Thanks guys! Hoover did a great job on repairs to my jeep after an accident. You can't tell that it was ever even in a collision. The service department was great and fast!
great guys I went to this branch of Hoover after a little accident left several places on the hood and back bumper of my new jeep. The wonderful guys here fixed/touched up all of the blemishes in just a few days. When they were finished, you couldn't tell that the jeep was even hit! The service men were super nice and did a terrific job! I just can't say enough good things about them!
