I have been living here for the past 6 years and I absolutely love it! It's pretty quiet here (other than the parades lol), I have great neighbors, and on site maintenance. We just got a new manager some months back and she is the best! She genuinely cares for her tenants and goes out of her way to ensure that we are living comfortable. If you have a problem she will definitely find a solution that best suits you/your problem.
