I've been a patient for 2 years. My work schedule is rather hectic and between that and a child I don't always have the time to make promises for appointments but I do come in and I do pay my debts in full as a matter of fact I paid ahead for a deep cleaning to get done that I have not been able to complete as of yet due to work. We have been searching for a dentist for about 3 years. My daughter has a lot of medical issues and nobody wanted to have her as a patient. She had a bad tooth and in pain. Finally got it pulled today at Hoover Family Dental by Dr Kaur. The staff worked very hard to make this happen. I can’t say enough how happy we are to finally have a new dentist! The staff and DR Kaur are wonderful!!!
Thank you ladies and gentlemen for making it possible and going above and beyond today for my son and getting the equipment needed for his root canal at last min notice � I am forever grateful for you all in our time of need!! I also appreciate you working with my schedule and being so kind when I was feeling overwhelmed. We left happy and in smiles � PS. This office is horrible!!!!! THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE TO CHILDREN!!!! NEVER EVER BRING ANY CHILD TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE!!!! Any employee whom thinks they should share their personal opinion should really learn to mind their mannors!!! This office should consider restaffing some employees and if staffed properly may have a fighting chance for a decent review! Today they are less than professional. I love Dr. Kaur! She is so nice and treats me and my mom like family. Very respectful. I love all the staff, they are all so nice & Andrew was the only one who has cleaned my teeth and he's very knowledgeable. But remember to floss! Haha
Doctor Kaur, Deb and staff, are amazing! They were very accommodating to my specific needs, and went over and above to make me comfortable. We all need quality dental care...you won't be disappointed here.
