Kent Ripley is the man!!! I went in after getting a pre approval from bank, i knew exactly what i wanted (and it was a STRETCH!) and he made it happen! I had very specific needs, and most people would’ve just told me no! Kent and his team went above and beyond and delivered!!! I totally agree with Nicole. I mean as far as I can tell, the do good work but I could have gone anywhere else and gotten the job done for hundreds of dollars cheaper. They gave me an estimate over the phone for 700 dollars for an alternator job and then when they call me they wanted almost 1000. They price gouge. And they leave a parent over a week without a vehicle to get to work. If I had a lift for my car I'd have done it myself. I should have taken it to ANYWHERE ELSE to have it done. They’re happy to help put you in a vehicle and make things work, but once they have sold you the car, they abandon you. I had issues right away with my brand new Durango and they never call me back. I’ve talked with Hunter my salesperson as well as two managers 4-5 times, sent emails and voicemails. They don’t care. Service doesn’t care either.
