Messed up my order and had to wait 2 hours to get my food
Nothing worse than ordering a 10 piece and getting a 9 piece, and then getting charged Over $150.00 with the wrong bill!!! And an auto gratuity of 18% for two people? What is the incentive to do better if you are going to get tipped regardless? Waitress was nice, but everything else was a disaster. Food was ok but took forever. Salad came out 5 minutes after the wings?? Wings took almost 20 minutes. Need to do better.
I have only been 2 times. The atmosphere could be better. All that I ordered was left on the plate. Burger and salad were terrible I didn't even drink the sprite. Never going back. After 5 they automatically take 18% gratuity fee.
Awesome experience! Our waitress was exceptional and very respectful for my husband and I. Highly recommend.
