Twice in a row my fried pickle "starter" never made it to the table. The chicken in both meals was over cooked and sauceless. Awful service, food brought out seperate. "We're not franchise" obviously!

Worst service ever. Didn't even get a sorry for a completely messed up order that they made out to be our fault!

How can the service here still suck when the place is half empty? Maybe the manager should actually walk around and ask the customers how things are going. Stay away from here.
