I ordered my food through door dash as a pickup order. My food was to be ready at 7:10. I made it to the restaurant at 7:08 and waited almost 10min before anyone came to see if I had been helped. Lucky the African American gentlemen saw me and came over. I order the 10pcs buffalo shrimp. That was disgusting. The bread on the shrimp was mushy. I also order the wing kids meal which I felt was under cooked. First and last time for that Cedar Hill location.
Food was not prepared correctly. However the bartender was really nice and offered to fix it but I dont like sending food back so I just took it.
Terrible customer service One the worst manager I every experienced
I should have know when there were only 4 people in there. Food order was wrong, Favor wrong, place was not very clean. Manager came out and did not even try and make it better. Just said sorry. Guy at bar was super loud Just horrible experience.
Girls are great. Fix the tvs!!
