Seems like all the Hooters have gone down hill. It's sad, I've been going for over 30 years.
On June 15, I went in by myself and everyone was very friendly. My server Trinity came up to with a great big smile and she was very polite. She ended up talking with me the whole time. Which I really needed at the time.
Wife and I stopped in for some wings on an overnight stop in Brunswick. Initially service was prompt. After placing our order for wings we didn’t see our server again for almost 20 minutes. When she reappeared she indicated wings were only a minute or so from being done. 20 minutes later she came back and said the kitchen was busy. I asked to speak with the manager but was told he was in the back cooking. 5 minutes later our server reappeared with a plate of wings and said the kitchen didn’t want to toss your wings. Food was a little slow but the servers were very good
I sat an hour waiting for a quesadilla. That is unacceptable. Plus your manager looks homeless please do better
