Stood at the door waited to be seated for about 5-10 minutes before asked a young lady about us seating ourselves. She replied sharply "someone will seat you in a minute." There was about 5 people seated at tables and about 5 waitresses. We waited a few more minutes and we left. Customer service is SURELY not what it used to be. I'm not begging any business to spend my money....plus I tip well with good service 😉😄
I have never experienced a worse hooters. EVERYONE including the kitchen staff are sitting at tables eating, and or playing on their phones. The kitchen staff in particular are hollering & cussing. It's Friday night, no one is checking on tables, the bartender eventually got up and took my order then promptly went and sat down. Unacceptable anywhere but St.louis.
The staff here are ridiculously disrespectful and rude. I will not recommend anybody to eat here. You will not have a pleasant experience. I’ve been in customer service for many years. I have never felt this type of disrespect and service that I received here you guys need to do a lot better.
