I came in last week and my server Mackenzie M was absolutely terrific. She did such a good job was super helpful and super funny. If you ever want great service and a pretty server ask for Mackenzie M.
We love Hooters, but our last visit was a letdown. Our server, Angel, was sweet but clueless. She took our order and walked away without taking my husband order. My food arrived quickly, but his was missing for about 15 minutes. She never checked in on us and when we finally approached us just blamed the kitchen. I understand she was busy with some other tables, but she was also busy taking pictures with other customers and chatting with coworkers, while we waited a long time for the bill and our to-go order.
