Alex is a great server and we had a great fun time.
Don’t show up on game days...they’re not prepared we waited about 45 minutes with only one beer the waitress never came back with our food or to ask for another drink...when I asked to put a game on a closer tv she didn’t do it and just ignored me. All I asked was regular wings and fries...still didn’t have it after almost one hour...I used to love going to hooters now it’s not an option.

The knowledge of what specials are going on at Hooters from your waitstaff should be be on point. Drink specials and food specials. The table service should be go back to the beginning. Fold the napkin to square and salt the napkin if no coaster is available. Ice bags for pitcher. Refresh mugs. Service is not up to par.
The reg girls (Kristen & Ana) were great on taking care of my needs. Not really much to say on HOOTERS cause I have been going to mostly all the locations here in the Houstons area and not once have I been miss treated, sometimes the food might be wrong but no biggie cause its handle & taking care of That’s why I continue to visit
