It took a very long time to get our wings. That's what they do WINGS...probably waited 45 min. Ordered 20 received 18. My husband didn't want me to say anything. I gave a 4 star rating because the wings were really good.
This was my first time at this location. Our waitress was a young lady by the name of Brittany. She didn't ask how we were doing not once after we received our food. We had to call her over for refills and more drinks. She said she was serving drinks for the entire restaurant when we asked her why she hadn't checked on us. All in all, it was just an ok experience. I'm not interested in returning to this particular one.
I guess when you "think" that you are hot, you don't have to do your job as a server. Our server was so incredibly boring and had no personality and ignored our table. At least the food was good
I have been to many hooters and this is a fine example of a HOA store. Good and the service was perfect. Will recommend.
