I liked it the food was delicious and our waitress Brianna was very helpful. She refilled our drinks without be asked to. Hope to come back soon!!
Well the one in irving the crackers were stale the lemmon pepper and mild wings taste the same.... Barely 3 stars
If i could give this place a zero i would... had the worst experiance and will never go back... waited for ever for the hostest to cseat us as she walked by us 4 times before agnolaged us... then we only waited over a hour to get our appetizer and it wasnt even prepared correctly... then as we are telling them its wrong they brought 1/2 our order and the wings were burnt... needless to say we sent it back and left... the waitress was sliw but wasnt even the worst part of this experiance...
It was the most horrible service I have ever had we waited an hour for our appetizer and was not prepared correctly. When we told our waitress about the appetizer she said will be there in a minute. Which was 15minutes later with our food & when she was walking to our table I was able to smell the burnt wings. If you would have seen the wings you would have been mortified. The part that tickled me is that they where shocked we no longer wanted the order. I will NEVER go back!
We waited for almost 2hrs before get food. It was bad enough that the waitress had no intention of being a good waitress. Spoke with the manager the reason for the delay was the printer broke. Whatever! She need to find a way to make sure people were getting food n service. They gave us nasty lettuce for our salads, my sister cold tortillas for her shrimp tacos

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! We ordered half pound of steamed shrimp and we got 4 shrimps, small/medium size. Waitress didn't even know what to say. I don't care how busy the kitchen is, that's why a cook or staff gets hired; because they know how to handle pressure and do things correctly. Waitress forgot several things. We had to remind her. SERIOUSLY BEYOND THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
Horrible place we been waiting for 2 to 3 hours and still nothing my my drinks are empty and no one coming to help never coming here again
Krissy is an amazing waitress. She was extremely busy but still managed to be extremely attentive. By far my best Hooters experience to date.
