It was awesome atmosphere and family friendly great experience and great food!
Took our waitress 20 minutes to come and take our drink orders, and then our appatizer was at the table before we got our drinks. Then since we had to ask three different times for refills. They weren't really busy because we could see our waitress sitting at a table talking with other customers.where she spent most of the evening. Took us almost two hours to eat.
Been here many times but yesterday was bad. Our appetizer took over 30 minutes, no apology or explanation. Had one beer and never offered a refill, not that I would've wanted it anyway.
Wings wasn't fresh, I think it's time to re-pleced pitcher...
45 mins for two salads, that were incorrect.... but less than 5 min to get them fixed once we got the manager involved.
Shitty service and unsanitary conditions.....I'd avoid eating here and likely to not return anytime soon. 1st- SUPER SLOW SERVICE! And my server (Casey) had to be asked to get our refills every single time, never cleared the empty drinks or plates from the table. 2nd- Another server (Emily) was witness clearing a table of drinks and plates, but used a dry paper towel to 'clean' for the next guest. Nasty! I'd hate to think of how they clean the plates and glasses if they half-ass like this.....
I don't care for this location, the layout, bathrooms are terrible & yesterday the service was bad also.
Terrible servicio con los latinos e ido a muchos pero nada k ver nos miraban como vadura las meseras
Ambiente familiar muy bueno esta muy bien el lugar si volvere pronto por supuesto
