Not sure what happened to this place. It was great about 10 years ago and once it went from franchise to corporate, it went to total garbage. Last night, my group had about 8 people. Our drink refills took 30-45 minutes. One person ordered a slice of pie that took 20 mins to come out- we know because we timed it after everything kept taking a ridiculous amount of time. Worst service ever! I was with my family and half the food was cold. I told the waitress she just looked at me crazy and said she had to get manager. All I wanted was replace the food. Eventually manager came over and we got warm food. Got 0 refills on our drinks and had to track waitress down just to get silverware and extra plate. This place has really gone downhill from what it used to be.

I've been going to Hooters for over 20 years (Tallahassee, Atlanta, Atlantic City, Baltimore, etc) but I'm having the most disappointing experience at this location. The drinks are poorly made as in too much sour mix in Long Islands and they aren't shaken at all. I had to take my straw and mix mine with the ice because all the juice was on top.
