Group of 8 guys going out after work. Wanted to order shots......No jack daniels, No crown, No 1800, no no no. Manager approached us and nonchalant told us they didn't have any. Really friday night and you have no alcohol in your bar.... Pathetic. Even the girls seem to be upset at the manager and seem to be very upset to work there. One even told us we should have went to twin peaks.
Service was crazy slow. Got my friends order wrong. Overall just Meh.
Way to go! Batting 100% incorrect on every order I've placed! 20 wings and curly fries should be fairly simple. Sauce was left off the wings and no cheese sauce that I order with the curly fries. Not to mention, all was cold. Wish you guys would have answered the phone so I could at least given you a chance to fix it.
We had a bad experience the first time we went but decided to give it another shot tonight. We were so unsatisfied with our service. We waited for our drinks for 15 minutes then continued to wait for our server to come to our table while she attended her other tables besides ours. My boyfriend had to go up to the bar to order another beer because our server would not come to our table.
