I used to come here a lot. Very disappointed today. I ordered a new sandwich on the menu. I specifically asked for Texas toast as my bread. The toast was so burnt I don’t know what kind of toast it was. I was shocked she even had the audacity to serve it to me, I was blown away. The bread was black and flaking off when i would pick it up. The fries tasted like air and the drinks were horrible. I drank quite a few hoping to feel something ... I went yesterday with my BRIDE TRIBE, and let me tell you it was the WORST expierence that I had!! The drinks were delayed, the food was brought out at different times. The waiter didn't even care to check up on us half the time we would have to stop her as she walked by just to get service! I'm highly disappointed! Never will I return to this Hooters! Took 30 minutes to receive our drinks 45 mins to receive our food. The manager lied to our table, than he screwed up our bills when he had to fix them. Than on top of that argued with our table after we had to tell him what he did was wrong. I’m sorry , but never in my life have I been told by management to leave an establishment by a manager because he didn’t like the fact that we told him how he treated us was unacceptable. The Hooters I went to on my Birthday was Great! The food service I received from Paxton was AWESOME! Looking forward to my next visit there!
We visit this location almost every time we visit Orlando, it’s our favourite. It WAS our favourite. Our recent visit was very disappointing. The waitress was barely attentive and treated us extremely patronisingly. It was not busy and there were plenty of staff, so I’m not sure why the service levels have deteriorated so much. Our new favourite Hooters is at 8510 Palm Parkway (32836), which was exceptionally good.
