this has been the worst experience with hooter we have ever had. will not return to this location pretty sad your husband is the waiter and you have to tip him later!!!! wings were horrible celery was rotten and no afjustment to Bill. and they wanna stay this way never will be back
I came to hooters for the first time in my life and I sat myself per the sign at the door. I sat at the table for 20 min without a single person coming to my table and asking if I needed anything or being helped. The manager walked right next to me to go to the bathroom and never asked me if I needed anything. A local ended up asking if I had been helped and provided me with other restaurant options in the area. I am extremely disappointed with my first hooters experience.

Not the usual service. I don’t like having to order my food at the bar and then go pick it up. I go to a restaurant to b waited on otherwise I can take care of myself at home. I won’t be back until things return to normal. Other restaurants are waiting on customers
No one waited on us, not even a, will be with you in a bit, Bartender/ Waitress was on the phone the whole time as we waited for over 10 minutes, we love Hooters, we are here once a year to enjoy your food, but we will not be back, the employees were more worried about closing down than waiting on their customers, we were there in plenty of time, 8:05 pm, very sad to come into your establishment, to watch your employees to watch the clock instead of waiting on us the customers
Great atmosphere. Great employees. Awesome food. And the most incredible bunch of regular customers anywhere. Bar none
Felt like it was a Sel serve fast food joint worse experience ever at a Hooters
The waitress from TN was very friendly
What the heck is with serving yourself? If I wanted to serve myself, I would stay home. Secondly, the fries were cold, the breaded wings were not breaded and they bearly had any sauce on them. Managers need to be a little more cognizant to those morons who are not practicing there social distancing. Not having any service available for drinks and the long waits in the line is ridiculous.
