I came to you establishment at 11am. I was told I needed to make an open table reservation to come in. I didn't have the ability at the time but I found a way. When I made the reservation unfortunately the system wasn't working properly and although there's was LITERALLY NO ONE being served or even in the restaurant the front end person denied me a seat and also didn't tell me I could have sat at the bar without a reservation just like the man I spoke to was sitting. Brittany was one of the best waitresses ever. under the present circumstances with social distance, she went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. the food was great 👍and the service was excellent .

Absolutely TERRIBLE service ! Their online pick up times are not even close to what they say. WORST Hooters and on top of that the online order was wrong
