Manager Alexander Hastings at Orland Park Hooters called the police on me because she thought I took a picture of her after she argued with me at my table about an unauthorized charge on my receipt. The manager stood at the exit door trying to block me from leaving until the police came, she was yelling and pointing at a sign saying I wasn't supposed to take her or the staffs picture and yelling at me to erase it. I’ve have never experienced such horrible service like I did today! I’m not one to comment or post reviews but today was far the worst! I always enjoyed coming to this location for the fast service and such great servers however from the moment I walked in today they immediately told me it was a 55minute wait so I said ok not a problem, yet as I waited I saw an estimate of 3 booths and 2 tables free!! I have not had a poor experience there..friendly staff, cold beer and love the BBQ burger. Have been there many times over the years.
Service was terrible. Drinks and food took long. Food was cold.
When they have 4 people cooking you should get your food faster
Today was the worst experience I’ve had here. Tons of open tables but dirty and people waiting. The girls can’t be bothered to clean tables so we have to wait for the guys to clean them. Out of angry orchard. Out of hot dogs (my 6 year old tried to order one). And then waited over 40 minutes and still no food. Still waiting!!!
