Jade O is the best Hooters girl I have ever had as a server she was always at our table and kept our drinks filled . She was a very good server and I am a chef and I am always looking for new servers and I would hire her at my restaurant. She has a great smile and attitude even when she is busy she gave every table her best.
Worst service ever and the manager named mike was the most ignorant person I have ever met! Our server named Jayde was the most ignorant server I have ever had. Threw my change on the table and then when I said are you kidding me she proceeded to say "whatever keep the fuckin change" I felt disrespected the whole time I was there. She never asked if we wanted refills or anything. Jayde is an awesome server and we will definitely be back! All the girls were very nice and the strawberry margaritas are delicious!
I find it completely inappropriate to be sitting in a restaurant 4 foot from the hostess stand and watching a server go off on the host/busser. I couldn't help but get up and tell the server Jayde how out of line she was. If you have a problem with another employee take it in the back. The last thing I want to do while out to dinner is watch Jayde belittle,berate, and embarrass another person. Way to keep it classy!
