Always out of beer! I’m serious, “ I’m sorry we don’t have any fat tire” ok I’ll have a Dos Equis? “ nope try again! The table next to me asked for bud in a bottle. I’m sorry sir we are out of bud bottles! WTF? THIS BRAND WILL NOT LAST THROUGH THIS DECADE!! unless they get it together!! Oh did I mention the wings I ordered was stuffed in a styrofoam box and but under a heat lamp? They found them after I asked why I had to wait an hour for 15 wings? I actually thought they may have ran out!! What a shit establishment!!
The food was ok... However the service was the worst I've ever had! We were in there over a hour and our waitress Noelle was horrible never checked on us not even once!!!
I go to this hooters a lot. Love the girls and love the service. Today was a tad off. Not from the service or the atmosphere but it took over 45 minutes to get wings and sliders when it wasn’t busy at 3pm. Riley did a great job and was very attentive but there was a disconnect today that isn’t usually there. We weren’t really in a hurry until the 45 minute mark came with no sign of our food but when we got it fries were missing and we had to immediately ask for boxes and scarf down our food as quickly as possible. Went there for AYCE wings with some friends. Initial reaction was “wow service is great this time” well we jinxed it. Put in a second order of wings, when they were brought out they were wrong. Waitress had put in the second order as boneless for the entire table when only one person wanted boneless. Second attempt to correct the wings was wrong, none of the flavors were correct. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Sitting here for an hour and a half already and still no food. Not even busy!!!!! Terrible!!!!!! Perfect example of spoilt brats not willing to work!!!! Manager just chillin not even concerned. Pitiful!!!!! Never ever be back to this shithole!!!!!!!!!!!°
