We usually LOVE Hooters but tonight we had a bad experience. We ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, later, we were told there was no provolone cheese. Then we order tator tots, later I was told they were out. We also order a plain cheese burger. After everyone at my table received their order, mine was incorrect. So, after everyone had finished their meals, I received my plain cheese burger. We come here regularly, but this is not my first bad experience. Service was really slow! Our waitress wasn't really friendly either!
Worst experience ever!!! Ranch watered down like 1%milk wings cold waitress said they was out of coors light draft, but they didn't even have it on tap.... Worst place ever
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Hands down the worst establishment I have ever been to...I urge everyone to steer clear of here at all costs. Honestly, the servers were good but the management is by far the worst I have ever seen. The plump short manager with napoleon syndrome here has probably a 3rd grade education with zero tact and a sense of business and customer service that is similar to my dogs.
