Doctor Roozrokh is a great surgeon and a tremendous person. His professional and confident manner sprinkled with his sense of humor is reassuring and calming, it gave me a very high level of confidence and faith that I was in the right hands. H spent time explaining what the problem was and how he planned to treat it, even drawing a picture of what he was going to do. Then he brought his surgery partner in to explain his role. I didn't choose Dr. Roozrokh when I went to the ER, but I sure am glad I got him. Zero complications a year after major surgery and my scars are even nice and symmetrical.
Horrible attitude, he pushed me to get a surgery I didn't need and instead of explaining to me what's going on and what the risks are just for 5 minutes, he just said "so you don't want surgery? We can cancel it". I almost panicked to say yes, but thank god I said no. Later on I found out he lied about my actual condition that my gallbladder is "dead", but it's working fine right now with antibiotics.

Excellent surgeon. Had stage 3 colon cancer resection and he preformed very well. Zero complications over 7 years. Explained everything he was doing. Highly recommended.
