We have used Hoosier Indoor Air for a number of years. We've had some regular technicians that we were happy with and our newest is Alexis. She has been great - knowledgeable and personable. She taught me how I could reset my wall control when it goes offline without having to have a service call. She recently successfully completed our spring service/inspection. Hoosier Indoor Air has a very valuable asset in Alexis!
