At the Practice in Franklin I just waited literally 50 minutes in the waiting room for what only took the doctor 60 seconds to do to get inserts made for my shoes. These people are rude, inconsiderate, unorganized and unprofessional. I will not be back.
Dr. Warnock was very pleasant and fixed my ingrown toenail. The office ladies were all pleasant and the best part was I barely had to wait past my appointment time! I would highly recommend them.
Being a new patient, one never knows what to expect. I am extremely pleased with this practice. Appointments are on time, everyone is courteous and pleasant, and most of all, I am getting the care I need.
