My truck went in and out in a day .. Fast reliable service .. This shop will stand behind its work . They get it in and get it out . I'll be back
Took my 2008 F350 into the shop, had some pretty serious problems. Don't really know where to start, I can't say enough good stuff about this Organization, from the day I walked in and talked to Jaci and Dave to go over my options, to meeting the Techs in the shop. They all were very professional , they did a outstanding job repairing my truck, ( clean, thorough, prompt and honest) . I would highly recommend them to everyone. My truck runs better than it ever has. Thank you Hoosier Deisel keep up the great work
Hoosier Diesel and Offroad has some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. From the quick replies on face book to the awesome lady at the front desk we had a wonderful experience working with them. In one day, they drilled and installed clearance lights and replaced our front headlights. Our truck looks fantastic! Cannot wait to go to them for our next project.
Awesome experience all the way around. Parts came in faster than my truck. Customer service was perfect. Communication was never a problem wether it was early morning or late night. David goes out if his way to make sure your happy and truly does do a great job. Highly recommend Hoosier diesel to anyone. Outstanding work! Walked in not knowing 100% what i wanted to do and Dave gave me some ideas and i let him run with it. My 2008 dodge ram 1500 looks outstanding.Customer services is huge with Dave And Jaci and they want you to walk out happy. Any questions that you have, they will get the answer. Good people! Took my truck in for work I thought it needed and they were honest enough to fix the small problem that was really causing the trouble and save us tons of $!
I took my Duramax to them to have a few things looked at and fixed. David was quick to diagnose the problem. As wells as pointing out and discussing with me many more potentially hazardous issues. After agreeing to go forward, he did a great job of recommending parts that would fit with my budget and get everything right. He send pictures/called during the whole process and kept me up to date on everything, even went the extra mile to drill out broken bolts to save money on replacing the manifold.
