I had an emergency belt situation Thursday, and Joe and his son took care of me immediately. He got me a new belt and I was back on the road and able to make it home to Louisville. He was quick, reliable, honest, funny, and reasonable. I will keep him in mind if I need help again. I highly recommend him for any of your auto repair needs.
My son took his car there, they saved him over $2000. Meineke wanted $2500, then said they would fix it for $800, but the mechanic would not do it unless he, his choice not my son's, replaced whole exhaust system. Hoosier fixed it for less than $200. Today I have a very good experience with this place They fixed my car exhaust and checked my car. Very fast and honest and good work
I thought it was a joke the way we were greeted at first! Wow! Is all I can say & I could say a lot more! An already stressful situation & you walk in to what we walked into... Nope!
Staff were very efficient and kind. I called Thursday, they got my car in and completely fixed by Friday afternoon. They didn’t try to sell me anything more than the needed service, and were respectful when I let them know I change my oil myself. All around an excellent experience and highly recommend if your mechanic doesn’t do muffler work like mine.
