When my son started showing signs of ADHD this was the place that was referred to me. When his first visit came about I was sick with Covid so his grandmother took him. I found out afterwards he acted more out than usual. After that first and only appointment she took him to Hoos was very cold and assertive toward me. Especially if my husband wasn't present. Gray headed older lady with glasses is too rude to be working at a pediatric facility.
This facility and all of the providers are phenomenal. My son is 1 year old, and Dr. Hoos, Jennifer (CNP), and Bradan (APRN) are all wonderful with him. I feel at home every time we come in. The nurses are so sweet with our little guy, the front desk ladies are always so kind and helpful, and the lab girls are patient and gentle with sticks. Additionally, I mixed up my appointment and showed up on the wrong date, but they were quick to help and extremely kind by getting my kiddo in so I didn't have to come back a different d... read more
