I LOVE this salon! My favorite in the city. I frequently take clients here and they love the concept: clean and contemporary decor, no jets harboring bacteria, no harsh chemicals and a complimentary mini polish to boot! The service is always impeccable. I'm very excited about the new reward program and the new Leawood location coming in March!! You just keep getting better all the time :)
I absolutely loved my visit to Hoopla. Bright and clean, we were welcomed in without appointments and were able to get in right away. Bobbie did a beautiful job with my brows and was lovely to talk to. My nail tech (who never introduced herself) performed a gentle manicure finishing with a gorgeous Shellac shade (Dark Lava). My mom had a pedicure with Brittany and said it was one of the best pedicures she'd ever had. Brittany with personable and funny and a delight to talk to. I can't wait to come back.
I went to Hoopla today for the first time and I can tell you that I will be driving from Olathe to Fairway for my pedicures from now on. I adore the concept and loved bringing my polish home with me. Staff was attentive, paid attention to details and the place is spic and span. Wonderful, relaxing alternative to the hurried nail salons across the metro.
