very disappointed. Was great the last time but this time they didn't even put my hubcaps on correctly which lead to one falling off and ending up broken.

They gave me a great deal. Got me a great tire mounted take old tire and all for $40,!.
They understand when times get tough they are amazing
Extremely poor customer service, especially the girl behind the counter. After getting a tire replaced there it went flat with 24 hours, after complaining I was told "it's not their fault that I'm too broke to afford new tires". She's totally unprofessional, spend the extra couple bucks and buy new tires instead.

We would just like to point out many key details that were left out from this review. Here at Hoopers Tire we always stand behind our used tires and offered a warranty repair or replacement. We were extremely busy at the time this customer returned and had 3 cars waiting. We told the customer we would slide them in after the next car and the wait would only be about 15min. had a flat today and all 4 tires desperately needed replaced anyhow. I was given several options with different price points, so I was able to stay well within my budget! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived to when I left. This was my first visit but certainly won't be my last!
