I’ve had a few decent experiences with Hoopers, but today was definitely not one of them. This page says they close at 6pm. It also says it on their front door. I needed a tire today, as I’ve been driving around on a donut from the last tire I bought from them. I arrived before 5:30 and everything was locked up. Tried calling and no answer. You say you close at 6, but randomly decide to close well before you advertise? I probably saw (including myself) 3 or 4 cars pull in and then leave because of this.

1st set of tires i got from them lasted me a year which for the price was great. 2nd set i got from them were not properly adhered to the rim and now i wake up to flats every day. Used to recommend this place to everyone too...not anymore

Bought tires, told they had 60% tread left and would pass inspection. 3 months later two different inspectors told me they fail. One of the inspectors explained that the way the wear on the tire patterns, indicates that it would have failed at the time of purchase because there was no way that it could have happened like that in the three months since I have had them. I am sad since in the past they sold my fiance great used tires.
Theyll answer your text right away if you want to buy something. One tire I bought is shaking horribly. Sent a text asking if I could come in and not even a response.

Hoopers is a rare gem. The management and staff were extremely courteous and treated me with respect even though I know little about cars. I texted Hoopers early on a Monday about my used tire needs. They responded promptly with stock and pricing information. Without an appointment, I stopped by later that same day and they replaced my tire with a quality used tire quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively. Hoopers is now my go-to place for tires and they should be yours, too. Cheers!
