Horrible customer service! I had my alternator replaced by them and the very next day the alternator went out. They tried to tell me that I needed a part in addition to the alternator that would by $1500. Funny I found the part for $20. Now about a month later my alternator goes out again. Called them and they refused to cover to have my car towed there or reimburse me for the work that apparently they are unable to do.
