Doctor Hooper has always listened to what you have to say no matter how small the problem or question he listens carefully. Would not go to any other doctor besides him. If there was more than a five-star rating he would get it
Friendly Greeting upon arrival. Staff was very concerned and tentative to my needs.
Doctor Hooper made feel comfortable which made it easy to communicate. He listed to my concerns and we addressed them. Plus I didn’t spend all day in an exam room. He is prompt.

Effective and precise
Discussed with him about a possible infection I had in my jaw. No visual contact with him at all and no antibiotics were given. Talked about my low energy level and his response was 'everybody's tired.' Asked him about a rash that I had that's very itchy and he looked at it but no further comments were made. I also told him about my arms and my shoulders bothering me and he said it doesn't make sense for him to send me to an orthopedic because I'm a self-pay.
