Horrible practice. Complete scam. When I had a referral from my neurologist and double triple checked that this was the proper referral for billing purposes, I was assured that it was. They were wrong, I needed one from my PCP - very long story - and they didn't understand anything that I was asking of them. Ended up billing me completely out of pocket ( since they turned up as Out of Network provider ) Sloppy practice, his rude wife does the schedule and books.
