There was a long line that we waited in. When we finally got to the window the staff was sooo rude and said that they had closed. They refused to sell us coffee and also the other 4 cars waiting. Guess this don’t cRe about making money.
RecommendedHooligans is a great place! I am from out town and stop by here regularly and get the same drink! After my stop this morning, my drink did not taste like it usually does I asked to get the drinks remade. I was told they could remake them but ONLY if I paid again! I was told that’s how they always make that drink so if I wanted it remade I would have to pay. After tasting this drink multiple times before I’m sure I would know if it tasted different. Everytime I pull up all the women know exactly what I drink without me hardly saying a word. Very polite and always smiling!!!
I don’t recommend because the staff are very rude and need to learn how to treat customers! Disappointed considering I enjoy the coffee but to me customer service is everything!
