Hooligan Offroad XJ front fenders. Stoutly built units but the installation didn't go smoothly. They'll work but just aren't as nicely fitted as I had hoped. Step 1 of the instructions says "Remove the stock fenders", so that is what I did. The rest of the instructions read like the fender is still in the Jeep. I emailed Hooligan to try and verify but got no reply... guessing they are buried in work since it's prime wheeling season. Anyway, I proceeded with the install with the fenders off.
