Made me feel welcome immediately. Good honest people. They had my AC working...I was in and out in about an hour. Being a woman who doesn't know much about cars...they explained things in a very easy to understand way and I appreciate that they didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance like many other places have in the past. I highly recommend Hookset! Thank you guys! JC is awesome too. Very personable and fun character.

If I could give a negative # for a review I would. After 3 attempts over 4 weeks we left this business only to have a catastrophic failure of the repair they supposedly completed when we we 650 miles away. They refused to stand behind their botch repair and told us unless we pay to tow our truck back 650 miles to them, then too bad. Not only could we not afford to do this, but why would we.
