If I could give a 0-star rating, it wouldn't be low enough. Absolutely, the worst, least helpful customer-service experience I have experienced...EVER! I don't give this review lightly. I have NEVER been treated the way I was treated at Hooks from a company that I spent ANY amount of money with. Also...Not just my experience, but this was also the opinion of my realtor and finance company as well.
