I received a new cap from Hooks Oxygen and Medical. When I ordered my mask, they sent me the wrong ones. I returned them. I started getting bills for use and sent a check. The check was never cashed. I sent them another check a month later and it too was not cashed. I kept getting bills so I called and was told that they had never received the checks....doubtful since the address on the checks was theirs and since is is unlikely that the post office would have failed to deliver checks a month apart.
