I truly appreciated how this store put repairing my grandmother’s hearing aid first. The staff member was thoughtful and transparent, with no pressure to buy something new unless absolutely necessary. He tried fixing my grandmother’s old, battery operated device with confidence and care. Unfortunately, one of my grandmother’s hearing aids was failing, forcing us to buy new ones. Very friendly and very helpful
I love this place! They were so friendly and treat you like family. It’s so nice to be taken care of without feeling you’re in a commercial establishment that doesn’t care about you. And they do the best they can to help you and are very professional.
