A family-owned and operated business in the lovely village of Shawnee Hills—Hooked On Hearing is directly across from the Strader’s Garden Center off Dublin Road. It is a small but very comfortable and modern office to visit. My 93-year-old grandma bought a set of Starkey hearing aids here that are top of the line, and now she won’t go anywhere without her Starkeys! I truly appreciated how this store put repairing my grandmother’s hearing aid first. The staff member was thoughtful and transparent, with no pressure to buy something new unless absolutely necessary. He tried fixing my grandmother’s old, battery operated device with confidence and care. Unfortunately, one of my grandmother’s hearing aids was failing, forcing us to buy new ones.
