I truly appreciated how this store put repairing my grandmother’s hearing aid first. The staff member was thoughtful and transparent, with no pressure to buy something new unless absolutely necessary. He tried fixing my grandmother’s old, battery operated device with confidence and care. Unfortunately, one of my grandmother’s hearing aids was failing, forcing us to buy new ones.
