Ordered take out. What I paid for on part of my order (a boil with ONLY ramen, eggs, potatoes, corn, sausage. What I received - No sauce in the bag, ramen is dry, NO CORN, NO POTATOES, just a lot of dry sausage, Eggs and ramen. Very disappointing tonight. Seems like the cook just threw my order together because it was time to close. I definitely need to check my food before I leave.
My family and I visited Hook and Reel this evening and were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff in a spotless restaurant. However, our experience was marred by a table that was dissatisfied with the mangers decision. Despite the manager's efforts to explain the situation with examples, they reacted poorly and threatened to leave a negative review in hopes of receiving a complimentary meal or getting the manager in trouble.
