RecommendedI absolutely loved my experience here. The service was quick. Dr Hook was excellent with my fidgety 6 year old. He gave gave a free 6 months follow up and even ordered a replacement leg for the broken glasses my son had. I’m so thankful for that because insurance only replaces glasses once a year. The staff is nice. And I love the way he gives back to the world by donating used glasses and visiting other countries to help the needy. Awesome Doctor.
I have never in all my life had such a thorough eye exam! Even though I have old eyes, it's still cool my eye Dr. is Dr. Hook!
Dr. Hook is an excellent doctor. My first grader was very nervous about her exam, but he explained everything about the exam and put her at ease. Dr. Hook is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!
Dr. Hook fit me in with very short notice when I experienced trauma to my eye. His care was professional and detailed. He took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect. Dr. Hook even scheduled a Saturday appointment at the office if it was needed. I really believe that Dr. Hook’s quick action and on-going care resulted in restoring my sight with minimal discomfort and downtime. I switched to Dr. Hook from another eye doctor because my coworkers suggested him. I absolutely am glad they did. Dr. Hook explained everything in detail about the changes to my eyes & very patient with trying to find the most comfortable conacts for me! I definitely will suggest him to family and friends. No, I don't tend to take my contacts out like I should but Dr. Hook explained the risks for eye infection. I know if I don't follow his instructions that I take that risk & would be my fault. Dr Todd is a great doctor. Always a pleasure to work with the staff at Hook Eye Care. My children love going there and their glasses look great. I would definitely recommend their care.
